• Fee once paid is not refundable, non transferable and non re-schedulable.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of INDIA.
• No candidate will be allowed to join more than one course per year.
• No candidate will be allowed to join intermediate and advanced courses without uploading the previous course certificates from any government recognized institute.
• The trainee is Liable to be debarred from continuing the course under following conditions.
  • Substance abuse.
  • Consumption of liquor and tobacco
  • Carrying weapons.
  • Severe indiscipline endangering life, limb of other trainee(s) or obstructing conduct of the course.
• Once an individual has reported to the institute and if he/she is Returned / debarred from the course on any terms, NO refund will be made.
• It is imperative for all individuals to deposit their latest medical fitness certificate from a general physician to the institute at the time of reporting.
• Late arrivals even by one day will not be permitted to join the course.
• In case of loss/ theft of course certificate, apply to Principal IISM mentioning course date and personal details for duplicate certificate. The application has to be accompanied by the demand draft of Rs.500 in the name of (pay and accounts officer, ministry of tourism-payable at Srinagar) towards duplicate certificate and postal charges.
• All queries/grievances/correspondences to the institute must be addressed to the Principal and not by name of any officer/staff of the institute.
• Your mobile number needs to be verified only once. This mobile number will be used for further communication. Please enter mobile number which is in use.
• You have to upload your photograph, educational qualification certificate/ marks-sheet, date of birth certificate and signature picture while filling form. These pictures should be in .jpeg, .jpg or .png format only, and file size should not exceed 500 KB.
• On successful submission of online application form for the respective course & batch the applicants will have to deposit fee through a "LINK" which will get received in their email ID, as mentioned in their application form. “Link” will be generated only after successful completion of online application form subject to satisfying the eligibility of the candidate. LINK will valid for next two days.
• Course fee includes cost of boarding, lodging, training and ski equipment. The course fee once deposited will not be refunded/ transferred.
